Álvaro Marín García

Álvaro Marín is a Lecturer at the Faculty of Translation and Interpreting at the University of Granada (Spain). Previously, he has worked at the University of Valladolid and as a Translation Lecturer at the University of Essex (UK). He has taught translation theory and practice at Kent State University (USA), where he completed his PhD in Translation Studies. His research interests are in translation and intellectual history, cognitive Translation Studies, and the epistemology of Translation and Cultural Studies. He has published extensively in indexed journals in these fields, participated in reference collected volumes and co-edited the most recent monograph on cognitive Translation Studies epistemology.
