PhD student in Social Sciences at the University of Granada (Spain) and in Library and Information Studies at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (México). He has been a professor at the “Marta Abreu” Central University of Las Villas (Cuba) where he led projects and lines of investigation into editorial processes and the socialization of science. He is a master in Teaching Philosophy at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and has a Degree in Information Sciences. Its academic trajectory presents an interdisciplinary approach that articulates epistemology, information sciences and sociology, with special interest in the sociology of scientific knowledge. He is editor and advisor of several scientific journals, including Biblios.
