Manuel J. Cobo Martín

Manuel is a full professor in the Department of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence at the University of Granada. He is currently the Principal Researcher of the IntellSOK Research Group, where is co-investigator on Descubrimiento de relaciones complejas y ocultas en el desarrollo y transferencia del conocimiento a través de técnicas inteligentes. He developed the open-access software SciMAT for science mapping. He is also memeber on Ciencia explicable, confiable y transferible mediante el uso de sistemas inteligentes de decisión y consenso aplicados a los nuevos modelos generativos de lenguaje. He has published more than 50 peer-reviewed articles, applying these tools to computer science, animal science, business, marketing, social work, and transportation. His research interests include bibliometrics, science mapping analysis, social networks, artificial intelligence, data mining, and information science.
